No. Power Product is designed for non-technical users. Our drag-and-drop interface lets marketing teams, product managers, and business owners build configurators themselves. Developers can use our OpenAPI for advanced customization if desired.
What 3D file formats does Power Product support?
Power Product supports OBJ, GLB/GLTF, and FBX formats. You can upload models with textures and materials, and our asset manager organizes everything for you.
How fast can I launch a configurator?
Most customers launch their first configurator within hours, not months. Upload models, configure options, and publish — all in a single afternoon.

What happens after the trial?
After the 14-day trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs. Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($49/mo), or Enterprise (custom pricing). Cancel anytime — no lock-in.
Can I switch plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

What is conditional logic?
Conditional logic lets you create smart configurators. For example: if a customer selects "leather sole," the "canvas upper" option is automatically hidden. This ensures only valid product combinations are offered.
How does dynamic pricing work?
Dynamic pricing updates the product price in real-time as customers change options. You set pricing rules (material costs, size pricing, volume discounts) and the configurator calculates automatically.
What is the AR module?
The AR module lets customers preview products in augmented reality — placing them in their real environment using their phone's camera. Available on iOS (ARKit) and Android (ARCore). One-tap launch, no app required.
Can I customize the configurator UI?
Yes. Pro plan includes OpenAPI access for custom UI development. Enterprise plan includes a full SDK function library for deep customization.

Does Power Product work with Shopify?
