1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Power Product services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and enterprise clients.
2. Account & Subscription
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time — no lock-in contracts. Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase.
3. Usage Limits
Each plan has defined limits for configurators, 3D models, textures, and API calls. Usage beyond plan limits requires plan upgrade. We do not throttle or restrict legitimate usage within plan boundaries.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all 3D models, textures, and product data you upload. Power Product retains ownership of the platform, software, and brand. Embed codes and APIs are provided under license for use with active subscriptions.
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. We maintain redundancy and failover systems to minimize downtime. Service status is available at status.ppt3d.com.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. SOC 2 compliance ensures the highest standards of data protection. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Power Product is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription period in question.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes are communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
